Just Imagine... All Things Science: Girl Scout Day at California Science Center. Girl Scouts are invited to come for the day and take part in the Special Ecosystem Scavenger Hunt. Awards will be given to the first 10 to complete the Scavenger Hunt by 1pm. Admission to the Science Center's permanent exhibition galleries is FREE. Discount tickets to the IMAX show will be available. NOTE: No registration required for this event.

Snow Day at Kidspace Children's Musuem-Pasadena. It's going to snow in Pasadena! Learn how snow is formed and enjoy winter crafts. Pre-registration for Kidspace Museum is required. For a special Girl Scout rate mention discount "GSLA" at the ticket booth or at the museum store. Discount rate is only valid for Dec. 28. Girl Scout Night Funtastic Floats Decorating Tent Sessions at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena Session A & B. Girls will meet most of the requirements for the Tournament of Roses Patch or the Float Decorators Badge or IPP, courtesy of the Tournament of Roses! $15.00 per girl and open to Girls Grades 2-12. Come find out about the mechanics and building of floats, meet a float judge and decorator. Learn about decorating materials used on floats. Participate in a scavenger hunt, do hands on activities and meet several former Rose Court and other special guests. NOTE: This will NOT include float decorating. The Tournament of Roses has opened this up to walk-in registration.   Credit Cards and checks are appreciated.  Contact Terese Miller at tmiller@girlscoutsla.org. Girl Scout Night Funtastic Floats Decorating Tent Sessions at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena Session C & D. - The 7:30 pm Session has been cancelled. The 5:30 pm session is still on and walk-ins are welcome!!

Just Imagine... Universal Studios - Girl Scout Green Day! $39 per Girl Scout. 1 complimentary adult admission for every 10 purchased girl tickets. Additional adult tickets are $55. Bring your SWAP's and meet girls from around GSGLA or other Councils. SWAP all day and come to our special SWAPmeet from 11:00am - 12:00pm hosted by Program Staff. NOTE: There needs to be a minimum number of Girl Scout attendees in order for the SWAPorama to be held. Girl Scout ticket rates are not available at the ticket booth. You must pre-purchase tickets. S'mores, Songs and Celebration - Ring in New Year's the Girl Scout way! Open to Girls Grades K-12, $5.00 per girl and $5.00 per adult. Gather with Girl Scout friends new and old around the campfire as we kick off 2012 and Girl Scout’s amazing 100 year history. Girl Scouts of Greater Los Angeles would like to invite you to one of our simultaneous campfire celebrations, share s’mores and sing along with your Girl Scout Family. If you are visiting for the Rose Parade please feel free to join us and share in our collective excitement and celebration. Includes Smore’s and special patchlet. Post Parade Exhibit

Come see the float after the parade! See the beauty and splendor of the Girl Scouts 100th Anniversary Float after the parade at the Post Parade Exhibit. The Post Parade Exhibit is a unique opportunity for the public to walk by and view the design and floral detailing up close that goes into the floats.  Don't forget your camera and please allow 2 hours to view all of the floats!

1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. January 2

9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.*  January 3

*NOTE: Ticket sales end at 3:00 p.m.; lot closes at 5:00 p.m.

The Post Parade Showcase Lot is located at 2925 E. Sierra Madre Blvd., Pasadena, CA 91107 at the intersection of Washington Blvd and Sierra Madre Blvd.

$10 per person and free for children ages 5 and younger. Pay at entrance. 7 a.m.- 9a.m. is reserved for seniors and mobility impaired visitors. Click here for more information and driving directions.
